To qualify for All American Post, a Post must reach a minimum of 100% of the previous year's paid membership, of which 5% or more must be new or reinstated members and complete three of the following five activities:
1. Student entry in the Voice of Democracy competition.
2. Student entry in the Patriot's Pen competition.
3. Participate in the Adopt a Unit Program.
4. Participate in and request one award pin for the Community
Service Volunteer program.
5. Participate in and request one award pin for the Hospital
Volunteer program.
